Capital One is bringing fresh ideas to banking, including the way their branches will look and function. Their exhibit design needed to convey a bank branch "of the future." So at SXSW, MSM used a large community table with embedded touch screens, warm wood finishes, recharge stations and coffee house accents. The exhibit design elements merged seamlessly to communicate the message that Capital One is not your father’s bank. This customer experience design strategy was immensely successful in changing up the conversation about Capitol One banking and won an Experience Design Award Gold for Best Trade Show Exhibit under 50’ x 50’ through Event Marketer.
